1) WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A TRAFFIC CRIMINAL VIOLATION AND A TRAFFIC INFRACTION?
-Traffic criminal violations can be punishable by jail, probation, license suspension, fines and/or court cost. Whereas, traffic infraction violations are not punishable by jail or probation, but can result in license suspension, driving school, fines and/or court cost.

2) HOW DO I KNOW IF I AM CHARGED WITH A TRAFFIC CRIMINAL VIOLATION OR A TRAFFIC INFRACTION?
-On the bottom half of your ticket there are three small boxes. If you have received a traffic criminal ticket, the first box stating "criminal violation requires court appearance" will be checked.

3) DO I HAVE TO GO TO COURT?
-In most cases, whether you have received a traffic criminal or traffic infraction ticket, you do not need to go to court if a lawyer is representing you.

4) WHY SHOULD I HIRE A LAWYER IF I CAN JUST PAY MY TICKET?
-On all traffic infraction moving violations, if you pay your ticket you will receive points on your license. Points on your license will usually result in an increase of your auto insurance rates and possible cancellation of your auto insurance. Our goal is to avoid points on your driving record.

5) HOW LONG WILL MY TRAFFIC CASE TAKE?
-Most traffic cases are resolved within 90 days and we will send you a letter or email detailing the resolution of your case.

6) HOW MUCH ARE YOUR ATTORNEY FEES?
-In all cases except for auto accidents involving injury, we charge an all inclusive flat fee. Our fees are determined based upon the complexity and the facts and circumstances of the specific case. Our attorney fees are affordable and we always offer a free consultation. On cases involving auto accidents where the injured person was not a fault, we charge a contingency fee based upon the money that we obtain for our client. If we do not recover any money, then there is no fee or costs to the client.
